Could you please let me know the OS version on your system ?

Also please elaborate the issue as in what exactly is happening when you trying to open acrobat XI.

Does it throw any error message ?If yes, let us know.

Also are you not able to launch acrobat XI or you not able to open a PDF in acrobat XI?
