Have license for both Pro and Standard, but only see Pro in Creative Cloud

In order to test both versions, we've granted a handful of people access to both applications. Until this week, we were able to download both applications on two separate machines. As of this week, only Pro is showing up as available to download. Where can I download Standard?

According to Adobe Support, you can't have both installed for the same email address. I would love to find a workaround for this.
