HELP

hi im on this course at the moment and they have this elearning thing i have to do. To submit my work it tells me to click on the image to open up the full page and that i need adobe to do this. My adobe is up to date but when i click on the picture it doesnt let me do anything or give me a option to open it? any ideas?

Adobe is not a computer product. The product is Acrobat (paid for) or Reader (free).

We need to know the exact name of the product you are using and your version number. We will also need to know what specific device you are using.

It could be that your PDF viewer is not compatible with the PDF being distributed or the device you are using cannot properly process the PDF or the code within the PDF.

Have you contacted the school and/or vendor of the file about this issue. Be sure to provide them the products you are using.
