Help: Button that can execute editable textbox

Hi, I'm new to the advanced tools and JS in Acrobat. I have this project that I need to do and I hope you can help me.

I need to create a button that when I hover/click my mouse on it, a textbox will appear and people can add/edit/delete texts, and can be multiple lines of text.

Pretty much the same as the sticky note/comment tool on PDF, but this needs a more "advanced" approach.

Is this possible?
