Hi Julie,

If you don't have access to the old computer then there's no way you can deactivate from the older machine.

However if you are using Acrobat DC subscription then you can install it on a newer machine and it will prompt you if you want to sign out from other computers. In this way you will be able to sign out from other machines.

This option is not available for older versions of Acrobat.
