Help with Excel to PDF (with column filters)

After converting an Excel spreadsheet to PDF, I would still like the column filter functionality so that whoever I send the document to can filter based on multiple criteria.. Does anyone know of any tutorials that can help me achieve this?

There's no such functionality in PDF files, unless you put all the data in form fields and then use a script to filter them, but that will be a ​lot​ of work.
