I have a question with the adobe usage on a machine where multiple users can login ?

Scenario

If user A logged into the machine with his own credential  and installed the Adobe Acrobat Standard 11.0.17.

Will the  User B,C.....   etc  will be able to access the Adobe with their  respective credetials with out  installing again ?

How license will be verified  while using  Adobe Standard ?

do you have a single user license?

if so, only the purchaser is legally allowed to use acrobat xi.

I'm not sure that's true. If a company purchases a license surely they can make it available for multiple users on the same machine (if not, Adobe wouldn't allow you to do it, technically, I would assume). However, I'm not a lawyer and can't say for sure if the EULA allows that or not. Technically, it is possible, though.
