hi i am trying to purchase Acrobrat Pro I used it as a trial and i like I used to live in HK but now I live in Australia when i try and buy the product in your checkout it says my account is associated with HK and wont let me proceed i go to my Adobe

when i try and buy the product in your checkout it says my account is associated with HK and wont let me proceed

i go to my Adobe account page and I dont see where I can change my account so that it is associated with Australia not HK

please help me

Hi pbindon,

I am sorry to inform you that, due to tax reasons, it's not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID.

However there is a workaround, please refer this KB doc for same: Change the country associated with your Adobe ID

If you still experience issue, you need to Contact Customer Care‌ . Sign in with your Adobe ID and select chat option under" Still need help?Contact us".
