Hi,I had purchased adobe acrobat pro dc with Order Number: 12287735659 but i have not received download link and serial numbers from adobe and got this message There was a problem processing your order, please contact our Customer Service team on 800 448 1642 for assistance. my credit card is already charged but not received serial numbers.please suggest

What happened when you tried calling that number?With "cloud" versions, you don't usually get a serial number. Your Adobe logon authorizes the software without the need for typing in a serial number.
