Hi michaelk66089044

You can open it from Adobe Acrobat DC application from File menu>Open. If you have made application default option to open PDF, then you can directly double click on PDF.

You can also right click on PDF and select open in Adobe Acrobat DC

Please refer this KB doc for help on Editing PDF: Acrobat Help | Editing PDFs

hi Meenakshi,

thanks for assisting. I now need to "move" a group of "boxes" as a whole unit further up the page so as not to have a gap in middle of page, without moving and trying to align every single one of them next to each other manually. I've tried cut and paste but that doesn't work. there must be a way, can you or any one else assist?

many thanks,

Michael

What kind of "boxes"? Text fields? Static contents?
