You can use Export PDF tool of Acrobat.

- Open file

- Select Export PDF tool

- Select Spreadsheet and then Microsoft Excel workbook

- Click settings (*) and change the options if you want

- Click Export

These steps are for Acrobat DC(if you are using older version of Acrobat please use "Save as Other" instead of Export PDF).
