Hiding alternative options untill one marks a specific box

I would like to be able to make a group of aternative-buttons unavailable if one does not click a specific check-box.

Ex: Are you allergic?

YES

NO

If one checks the yes-box I would like the option of more boxes to be available, but that they are alternative, you can only pick ONE.

If one checks the no-box, the alternatives under yes should not be clickable at all.

Is this possible?

And if not, is it possible to have the option to not check any of the alternative-boxes?
