Highlight the word having inline formatting

I want to highlight the words which having inline formatting (italic, bold) throughout the PDF. Actually, I am working on online proofing process and we need to check mismatches in inline formatting. If anyone having the script, please do the needful. Using Adobe Acrobat 9.
