Ho do I export a PDF to excel and keep all the table formats?

I have a pdf file with tables of different size rows and columns.

When I convert it to excel it does not keep the same formatting with the column and row widths and lengths.

How do I convert and keep the same formatting?

That's not a reasonable expectation from this process. If the data is correctly divided into cells then you should be very happy... Adjusting the size of the cells in Excel is easy enough.
