How can Excel Data to be used Merge Individual PDF Files into Customized Multiple pdfs documents.

Example. I have 100 books. I have 1000 pages. Each Page is an individual PDF. Each Book is a unique combination of pages. The combination exists in excel. Anyone know a process, script, or software that can automate this from excel data?

Can you explain a bit more clearly how the data is stored and how you want to process it? It doesn't sound like a mail merge, but like you want to take individual pages from various files and then merge them into new files. If that's the case then it can be done, but it requires using a custom-made script.

Thanks for the Question try67. Variable data may be the correct term, although I am not sure.

The data is a simple table in excel, Sheet's are listed by a product code on the x coordinate, the quantities are variable. The Books/Distribution is listed on the y coordinate. One 1 pdf for each y that contains the variable x quantities.

The file name of the pdf corresponds to the product code in the table.
