How can I change the font style and size in Adobe Acrobat standard 9

Hi All,Good Day.I would like to check if anyone know how to change the font style and size in Adobe Acrobat standard 9, From file>properties>fonts I can see my font style but can't change it. Appreciate if anyone have this experience can assist me on.Thanks!

Think of a PDF as final, not something to just change the font like a Word document. In some cases you can select and edit specific text, but it does not reflow and is often impossible.
