Question

How can I de-activate Acrobat X Pro from a computer that has crashed and I cannot access

I have three computers with Adobe Acrobat X Pro installed.  It is currently activated on a desktop at my office and a desktop in my home office.  It is installed but not activated on a laptop in my home office.  The hard drive on the home office desktop has crashed and can no longer be accessed.  I need to deactivate Adobe Acrobat X Pro on the home office desktop so I can activate it on the laptop.  Unfortunately, I apparently did not update the registration of my Adobe Acrobat software on adobe.com so I cannot go there to deactivate.  Adobe no longer offers telephone support for Acrobat X Pro.  Any suggestions?

contact adobe support by using a browser that accepts cookies and allows popups, click here and as soon as it's available click 'still need help', https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

request an activation count reset.
