How can I get 'help text' to export to the PDF Form (on PC)?

I am creating a form and have entered help text on each field.  However, I cannot get the "help text" to transfer over to the PDF form.  I am using Acrobat XI Pro on a PC.

I suggest you only create the fields in Acrobat. FormsCentral is dead, pretty much. It might be good for the layout of the form, but the fields should be added only in Acrobat. You can add tooltip text that will appear when the user hovers over the field in Acrobat, under the field's Properties - General tab.

What do you mean by "help text", exactly? Did you create the form in Acrobat, or in another application? If so, which one?

I am creating the form using Adobe FormsCenteral.

The 'help text' I'm referring to are the question marks that popup on each entry field to guide the person filling out the from.

When I export the form to PDF, the question marks disappear.
