How can I go about saving a PDF form that I have filled out but isn't letting me save it?

‌i downloaded a pdf form and filled out all the details needed howver the form indicates that it cannot be saved. How can I go about saving it as a pdf form in my desktop?

Do you see a lock padlock any where around the borders of the form?

Did you check the properties of the form to see if any security has been applied?

You might not be able to save the form with same name if the file at the OS level is set as readonly or you have Windows Explorer's preview open.
