How can I print a listing of the bookmarks (print expanded bookmarks)?

I am using Acrobat Pro DC, and I need to print the expanded bookmarks to use it as "Index" for the paper copy. Any help would be highly appreciated

I exported my file to HTML, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Rich Text Format and XML but didnt got the bookmarks in the exported file?

Any ideas????

Do you see any error message while exporting,also check if there is any HTML file generated after exportation.

Try to export with another file and check if it works.
