How can I print, not save, PDF documents?

When I try to print a PDF document, I'm being prompted to save it.  Then, even once I save it, I still can't print it.  Rather, I'm prompted to save it again.  I can't escape this vicious cycle and print the document.

In the print options look for the option PRINT TO FILE and turn it off. You might have to click the ADVANCED button.
