There is no currently no option in either Acrobat or Reader to directly print the bookmarks.

You could conceivably use the Acrobat SDK to write JavaScript to extract the bookmarks and create something printable, but this may be a fairly complex task.

If you're interested, I've developed a script that allows you to export the entire bookmarks structure (even with page numbers, if you wish) to a PDF or a plain-text file, which you can then print out, of course.
