Question

How can I re-install Acrobat Standard 11 without a serial number?

I had Acrobat standard installed on both my desktop and laptop. Recently, I had a pop up notifying me that I had an update to Acrobat and I went ahead and approved it. It was for Acrobat DC. Today, I decided to delete DC and go back to Acrobat Standard. But now I can't install it because it is asking for a serial number. I don't have one for either my desktop or laptop. I don't know how I originally installed Acrobat since I have been using it for MANY years. What can I do to get Acrobat Standard 11 back onto my desktop?

Meenak, the link was not helpful because I am not a VIP or a cloud member nor do I have a serial number. I suppose Acrobat was installed by the OEM (HP) when I bought the PC. However, there is nothing related to Acrobat on the cd's that came with it.

What do you suggest.

Thanks,Peter
