I bought Acrobat XI Pro online direct from Adobe 3 years ago. Lately it's become very glitchy, and I want to start over fresh. How can I re-install Acrobat XI Pro? Can I "reformat" the present installation back to factory-fresh ?
You can do a Repair Installation (from the Help menu), or you can uninstall it, run this cleaner tool (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs ) and then re-install it.
