How can I reinstall Acrobat 8.1 Standard?

My computer crashed and I lost Adobe Acrobat Standard 8.1. I want to reinstall it on the new computer but Adobe is no longer offering that download. I am not interested in paying a monthly fee for a product that I already paid for some time ago. Are there other alternatives for reacquiring 8.1?

What OS does your new computer have? Acrobat is a very old version, it will probably not work on any new computer, you will have to upgrade to a newer version, compatible to your OS.

If you don't have the original installer I'm afraid you're probably out of luck, as and mentioned, your version is very old and not compatible with any current OS, anyway.

Also, you can't re-purchase Acrobat 8.1. Adobe only sells the current version (DC), either in subscription or as a "perpetual" license.
