hello meenakshin, I found the ok button, but I can still not save my pdf,s

Please try to unmark option "show online storage when saving files" as well under Edit menu>Preferences>General.

Click OK to save settings and check if it works or not.

Could you let us know from which location you are trying to save PDF.

Are you experiencing any issue when you try to save PDF?

Hi, thanks

My files are in my one drive on a windows 10 computer.

Opening is no problem

after working on them the "saving as window appears"but stays blanc

Please unmark the box for "Show online storage when opening files" under Help menu>Preferences> General.

Click OK to save settings and check if you are able to save files after that.

Using Acrobat : File menu : Save (or Save as).

Thanks, but my problem is that that does not work. The files are in my one
