How can I submit a PDF form so that it sends to multiple people and not just the host?

I have a form that I'm distributing through Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. At the moment, when recipients submit the form, it only sends to me (the host).

I would like to have it so that when the recipients submit the form, it sends to the entire group of people the form was originally distributed to.

Would this be possible? If so how would I go about setting this up?
