How can I use adobe acrobat from command line

I have a licence product of adobe acrobat installed in my pc. I want to use the feature 'save pdf as docx' from windows/linux command line. Is there any way to achieve this?

There is an Acrobat command line reference. But it is old and I don't know how well supported it is. Adobe is very sensitive about Acrobat being used as a server.
