How can I watermark?

I used to be able to simply and quickly add a watermark, then I had to delete and redownload and now it will not give me the option to create a watermark, can anyone help? this is crucial for my work?

What exactly did you download? If it's the free Acrobat Reader, that doesn't watermark, you need to install the software you paid for before.

Turns out it was purchased with my Dell, I needed to go to dell digital delivery in order to redownload it.  Thank you.
