How can we import data (XML) which was generated using a Livecycle form with Acrobat Reader DC?

We created forms using Livecycle, are receiving XML files that are output when the users fill out the forms, and want to import them into a blank form so the data is populated in the fields.

Essentially we are looking for the equivalent of the menu selection /Forms/Manage Form Data/Import in a current Adobe product.  How can this be accomplished?
