How can you pull a file name from a pdf into a field of a dynamic stamp to be printed out every time you use it

I am trying to get a unique strand of numbers that I have saved each pdf's name to print out in the form field of my dynamic stamp, any ideas on what script to use for this. All of the online tutorials proved to be unhelpful.
