How do I add a "submit" button?

I've got the "create a form" thing down, but so far it is all about the convenience of filling form fields from your computer, printing it out and either mailing it or hand-delivering the finished form.

I would like the flexibility of being able to "submit" the form electronically from a website.

Is that possible? Is there a tutorial or article that explains the process?
