How do I change the server address in Acrobat reviewer

When on site, I use a fully-qualified domain name for the Acrobat Reviewer address. However, when I'm off site, I cannot get to that server via Acrobat Reviewer. I have set up another server address, using the IP address of that same server. How can I modify my Mac to recognize the other server's FQDN as being the equivalent of the IP address?
