How do I convert a word to pdf while preserving the 17x24 cm format? It automatically changes to a larger format when I try to convert via Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Please let us know the dot version of Adobe Acrobat DC and OS you are using.

Also share the exact workflow you do to convert word file  to PDF.

Is this issue occurs with a particular PDF?

Try to replicate the issue with other file.
