How do I edit bullet points? Or, where do I find bullet points in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC?

I read on a posting board that Acrobat is a program that only creates PDF files and it's not for editing. But that's insane. I can create both PDF and XPS files in MS Word, so I'd really have no need for Adobe Acrobat DC if that was the case. Also, the very fact that they give you Tools>Edit in the menu means that the posting board argument can't hold water.

And if Acrobat DC is capable of CONTINUING A NUMBERED BULLET LIST AUTOMATICALLY, (like when I insert a line), THEN I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO EXPORT THE D4%N DOCUMENT BACK TO MS WORD IN ORDER TO ELIMINATE THE NEWLY CREATED BULLET AND THEN RE-SAVE IT AS A PDF!

I mean, am I nuts, or is Acrobat the biggest pain in the A$$ program to have to deal with? I used to think it was a cool program, but now I think it was put on this earth just to infuriate me!

Wrong! Since MS Word can edit and CREATE PDFs, shows it as the clearly superior application. What's more, with the Academic Discount for Office at $69.99, it disgusts me to say this, but Microsoft is the all-around affordable winner.

Creating PDFs is just one of the more BORING things that MS Word does...

No, Acrobat is not capable of that, because it is not an editor of PDF files. If you think that's "insane" then look for another application. It's not going to be easy to find one, though, as you fail to understand that PDF files were not meant to be edited in such a way. The fact that Acrobat does allow some editing of the static content of a PDF should be considered a "bonus" feature. It is by no means its primary function.
