How do I fix MS Word conversion to PDF document?

Could you please let us know the version of MS Office installed on your computer?

Is this happening with specific file or with all the files?

What is the dot version of Acrobat installed?

Are you creating pdf - from MS Word (Acrobat>Create PDF) or from Acrobat's interface (File>Create>PDF from File)

Check is there is an update available for Acrobat,launch Acrobat>click on Help menu>then click Check for updates.
