How do I get my text back?

I am filling in a State Tax form for Colorado 104.  It is fillable.  After I filled it in I saved it.  When I reopen it the text flashes by and then disappears.  I can't see anything I typed.

This does not happen with my other fillable forms.
How doet my text back?

I have tried rebooting, updating, redownloading, The results are always the same.

Javascript in this form clears the form fields at open.

How can I save it without clearing?  I can't imagine why they do this.

Because PDF forms can be processed by many different applications and many different types of systems, we need to know much more about your specific application and system used to process the form.

MacIntosh's Preview program is notorious for screwing up PDF forms and PDFs.

Mobile devices have many limitations when processing PDF forms and none can do all the actions that a computer based system can do.

I am opening and processing it in Acrobat Reader DC, latest version in WIN 7.

I do not have the same problem with the Federal fillable tax forms, only the one from Colorado.
