How do I get rid of the anoying floating black toolbar

We use Acrobat Pro DC a greater deal in our business.

This toolbar pops up whenever the mouse gets close to it covering up what is under it.

It has the same tools as the regular toolbar at the top of the window so it really servers no purpose other then to hide what is under it.

Is there a way to turn it off permanently?

If you click the toolbar button on the far right, it should stop floating.

How do you turn it off permanetly? I agree with Jerry, this black toolbar is super annoying. I clicked at the far right, now its stuck at the bottom. How do we just get rid of it once and for all? I dont want it floating, nor at the bottom. I just want it to be gone!!

These new UI Kindergarten elements are a nightmare for power users.
