How do I get rid of the Registration pop ups?

I cant get rid of the registration pop ups.  Can anyone tell me how?  I am using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and I get a pop up everytime I open a pdf file prompting me to register, never register or register later and then it won't let me do anything.  I open pdf's all day long in my business so this is a problem.  I have windows 10...please help.
