How do I place a banner onto an already-made 3D template??

I need to put this pre-made banner onto the attached pre-made kiosk template (Labeled B).

Assuming the file isn't protected, Edit PDF in Acrobat should allow you to remove the static page content and replace it with the new banner..

Thanks for your response. It looks like I can only change the numbers and letters. The rest of the file seems to be connected.
