How do I print a pdf file that only partially prints then stops?

I've tried to print a pdf file but my printer starts to print then stops after it's printed an inch or two at the top then says the paper has jammed but it hasn't.

All drivers are up to date. Any ideas please?

Please share exact workflow you do to print PDF.

Also share the screenshot of the error message you get.

Is this issue occurs with all the PDF's?

Try once the troubleshooting steps provided i this KB doc: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader
