How do I take a file created in Bartender and change it to an adobe file?

Actually there is no such thing as an "adobe file". Adobe (the company) provides a cornucopia of applications each with a plethora of file formats.

Perhaps you are interested in PDF?

If you have Acrobat Standard or Pro installed you can print to PDF from any installed application that can print to an attached printer.

This is done by using the Adobe PDF virtual printer.
