How do I transform a PDF catalogue to a shopping cart in InDesign? Would be best if it worked both online & offline.

I am trying to figure out how to transform my current PDF catalogue to a shopping cart without having to go through a third party. I really have no idea where to start or what to think of in this process..? Is it possible to create in Acrobat?

    I would also love to know this. I am a consultant for a brand of clothing that's sells through a catalogue. I want to add a shopping cart to the flip book or pdf catalogue so that it's easier and quicker for my customers to purchase the items.

      I advice STRONGLY to forget the idea of adding this to a PDF for many reasons. There are many excellent web based carts. You COULD add links to a PDF that take the customer onto your site to add the products to their web cart.
