Thanks. Since I do not have internet access on that computer,can I download to a disk and then install?

You have to contact Adobe Customer Care. This product is over 10 years old, so I'm not sure if they still have the option to validate over the phone:  Contact Customer Care 1 (800) 833-6687

Is there a reason you aren't updating to Acrobat DC?
