Question

How do you insert a jpeg image into a PDF editable form

Hi there,

I am creating an Inspection Checklist form and require an "insert image" area for inserting jpeg photos of what has been inspected.

So far I have located the below link and read many forums, however I believe this only works if the end-user has Acrobat or other better than Adobe Reader.

Link: adding an image field in a form (PDF Forms)

Is there yet a way to have the "insert image" option for end users who only have Adobe Reader when filling in the editable form?

Any support / advice is welcome.

Thanking you in advance.

It can be used in Reader, actually, but the image the user selects has to be in PDF format.

Hi and thank you for your comment.

I'm aware of the images as pdf format option however I'm querying if it is possible inserting jpeg images.

If you know how to insert image as jpeg format using adobe reader that information would be very helpful.

Cheers
