How do you submit a form based on what is selected on a drop down menu?

Hi, I am new to Adobe. I was wondering how to have a drop down menu when a selection was made, based on what you selected when you hit submit it would go to a different person. I am using Acrobat DC.

example:

I choose option 1 it goes to email 1

I choose option 2 it goes to email 2
