how install and subsribe to acrobat in a foreign country, Trinidad?

I live in Trinidad and attempted to upgrade my Adobe it is not allowing me, and now when I open my PDF Acrobat reader a box opens and says and error has occurred and shuts down PDF. Here is what I want to know How can I upgrade online and get my PDF to work? from my country?
