How to add a link placeholder in a PDF-Form

Hello

I must do a PDF-Form, where different people together work with them and they need to add some links in the PDF.

But how can I add a placeholder for links, where goes directly to the site if someone click on the link?

I have create the PDF-Formular in InDesign
