how to apply a digital signature? It worked fine in Acrobat X

I have the same problem.  DC sees my previous .pfx file, but won't use it.

I created a new digital ID, but DC won't use that one, either.

Major pain!!!

I am having a similar problem on my iMac. I had no issues with my signature until I upgraded to DC and now when I place my digital signature and try to save I get this error window:

"The operation failed because Adobe Acrobat DC encountered an unknown error."

I have tried using different formats of image file (jpg and tiff) and even tried the "type" option for the signature but all create the same error. I can get it to save but it will remove the signature from the saved file. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but it is happening again.

Would love a fix for this!
