I need to automate saving PDF files in a directory with enable usage rights on. Can anyone help me with this.

Adobe sells a very expensive server application (from the LiveCycle family) that can do it. I believe it's called Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions. You can contact Adobe Sales for a quote.
